I saw the ad of this product; dandruff will be free or it's free. I directly purchased it. I got it. I used it. After lower than 24 hours, dandruff came back right away :(
I have no time to ask them for a refund. Furthermore, I got the item after loooooong time of waiting. Although I have a prime account which means 2 day shipping, I got it after about 6 days after I contacted amazon, so they re-order it for me. Enjoy your dandruff, better than using this product :)
